Preview of the Fall 2024 Tour

Many of rock’s most renowned acts will be setting off on tours this fall.

In some cases, these tours mark a final farewell. Jeff Lynne’s ELO and ‘80s sensation Cyndi Lauper will be embarking on their farewell tours during the fall season. Initially, Aerosmith was also on the list for farewell tours, but the band had to cancel their Peace Out tour—scheduled to resume on Sept. 20—due to lead singer Steven Tyler’s ongoing vocal cord injury.

Several notable performers will be extending their tours into the fall, which they started earlier this year. Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, the Doobie Brothers, and Bret Michaels are among those continuing their tours into the autumn months.

Residencies remain a popular attraction for classic rock enthusiasts. One of the most anticipated residencies is the Eagles’ stay at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The current lineup features classic members Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmit, alongside Glenn Frey’s son Deacon and country star Vince Gill. Their performances at this extraordinary Sin City venue will begin in September and continue through January 2025.

Several major acts will be collaborating for their autumn tours. Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top will continue their co-headlining efforts, while the reunited Creed will be touring with 3 Doors Down and Mammoth WVH for an extensive series of shows.

These artists and a few others are part of the 2024 Fall Tour lineup.
