Prince William to Resume Royal Duties Soon—Details of His First Engagement

After enjoying a summer vacation with his wife and three children, Prince William is set to return to work with a notable engagement. Kensington Palace has revealed that on September 5, the 42-year-old Prince of Wales will visit the Saatchi Gallery in London to view a new exhibition titled Homelessness: Reframed.

The exhibit will highlight the complexities of being homeless in the U.K. and suggest ways to foster understanding and engagement with homeless individuals. During his visit, Prince William will meet the artists whose works are featured and hear the stories behind the pieces.

The exhibition Homelessness: Reframed is a collaborative effort involving the prince’s Homeward initiative, the Saatchi Gallery, and the Eleven Eleven Foundation. While the exhibit opened on August 7, it will continue to be on display until September 20.

Besides his engagement with the exhibition, Prince William will also feature in a new ITV documentary titled Prince William: We Can End Homelessness. The documentary will focus on the prince’s five-year initiative, Homewards, which he launched in collaboration with The Royal Foundation in June 2023.

The documentary aims to inspire people across the U.K. with hope that homelessness can be prevented, showcasing the progress that can be made through collaborative efforts. The two-part series is scheduled for release this fall.

The royal prince certainly has a busy schedule ahead.
