Princess Estelle Is Becoming the Spitting Image of Her Mom

The connection between Princess Victoria and her daughter, Princess Estelle, has been evident from the very beginning. After Victoria gave birth to Estelle on February 23, 2012, Prince Daniel shared with reporters how the two were already forming a strong bond. “When I left the room, the little princess was sleeping on her mother’s chest, and they looked very cozy,” he said, as reported by the Daily Mail.

In 2013, when Estelle was just 1 year old, she already appeared to be a small version of her mother. This was particularly noticeable during the Victoria Day celebration, which marked Victoria’s 36th birthday. During the event, the crown princess held her daughter so close to her face that the public couldn’t help but notice their striking resemblance.

In one heartwarming photo, Victoria and Estelle both gaze off to the side, seemingly interested in something happening nearby. Holding their heads at the same angle, the resemblance between the two was unmistakable. They shared the same button nose, expressive cheekbones, ears, and hairline. Despite the difference in hair color—Victoria being a brunette and Estelle a blonde—the mother-daughter resemblance was hard to deny.
