Queen Camilla Dons Blue Dress and Philip Treacy Hat at Ebor Festival

Queen Camilla attended the Ebor Festival in York, England, on Saturday, where she unveiled the state-of-the-art complex known as the Bustardthorpe Development at the racecourse. For this special occasion, she wore a powder blue dress designed by Fiona Clare, one of her favorite designers.

Camilla’s outfit showcased ornate embroidery along the collar, front placket, and cuffs. The intricate detailing on the column dress featured delicate florals and vines with leaves, reflecting a romantic summertime theme.

Complementing her dress, Queen Camilla wore a Philip Treacy hat adorned with a band of blue fabric and elegant detailing, including a feather. She paired the outfit with neutral Eliot Zed heels, adding a sophisticated touch to her look.

For accessories, the queen opted for jewelry pieces by Kiki McDonough and Van Cleef & Arpels, both of whom are her go-to designers for royal engagements.

During the event, Queen Camilla met with several notable figures from the racing world, including jockey Daniel Tudhope, racing manager John Warren, and trainer Michael Stout.

Over the years, Queen Camilla has become well-known for her preference for Fiona Clare’s designs as well as those of Anna Valentine. Her consistent style often features the signature column dress silhouette with long sleeves, adorned with playful patterns and vibrant colors.

Throughout King Charles III’s reign, Queen Camilla has shown confidence in her fashion choices. While the basic shape of her dresses remains constant, she frequently experiments with patterns, colors, accessories, and even repurposes some of her favorite pieces from her most trusted designers.
