Report: Kim Kardashian Considered to Replace Vanna White on ‘Wheel of Fortune’

Kim Kardashian may be heading toward a significant change in her career. New reports suggest that the beauty mogul is being considered as the future replacement for Vanna White on Wheel of Fortune, where Vanna has been the iconic letter-turner since 1982.

According to Life & Style, insiders close to the show have revealed that 67-year-old Vanna White and 49-year-old Ryan Seacrest, who recently stepped into the hosting role after Pat Sajak, are struggling to find chemistry. The sources mention that producers are eyeing Kardashian as a potential replacement if Vanna decides to leave.

“They’ve compiled a list of folks to replace Vanna, and Kim Kardashian is at the top,” an insider shared. “Kim is a very close friend of Ryan’s and would bring a whole new audience. Ryan wants to make the show younger and sexier. He’s responsible for the Kardashian reality show and believes in that family more than anyone!”

Another source added, “After Pat quit, Vanna was optimistic about working with Ryan, but they have zero chemistry and no vibe. Plus, she could be his mother!”

While no formal offer has been made yet, insiders close to Kardashian hint that she might seriously consider taking over the position.

Sajak announced in a written statement on June 12, 2023, that Season 41 of Wheel of Fortune would be his last. “Well, the time has come. Following Sajak’s announcement, it was revealed that Seacrest would take over hosting duties. I can’t wait to continue the tradition of spinning the wheel and working alongside the great Vanna White.”

Variety reported that Sajak will continue as a consultant for three years following his retirement from hosting, per Sony TV.
