It looks like fans won’t see a Spice Girls reunion tour after all. The Daily Mail reports that Mel B and Ginger, real name Geri, are embroiled in a feud that shows no signs of reconciliation, derailing any hopes of a highly anticipated reunion. Geri, despite having been the closest to Mel B, has decided to walk away for good. Reportedly, their relationship even had romantic moments during their heyday. However, things have taken a turn for the worse.

The rift between the former bandmates reportedly deepened after they reunited to celebrate Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday, famously known as Posh. An icy exchange occurred due to Mel B’s interview claims that Ginger lies about her age.

“Geri has had enough to deal with after all the drama involving her husband’s relationship with his assistant; it has been a tough time. She’s just lost patience with Mel B and her little digs and jibes,” an insider alleges. “She’s walked away, and without Geri, it’s really not going to happen. In the past, she’s been a driving force in the group, but she doesn’t want to deal with Mel at all at the moment, let alone share a stage with her.”

The on-again-off-again issues between Mel B and Geri date back decades. “They’ve always had a tricky relationship, but this has become very messy now, and nobody has been able to smooth things over between them, so it’s all off again,” the source adds.

Fans were particularly excited as Victoria Beckham was rumored to make cameos during this alleged reunion. In past performances or discussions about a tour, Victoria has been notably absent.

When it comes to their encounter at Beckham’s party, sources say it was not pleasant. Despite photos surfacing online showing the group posing together and smiling, the reality was quite different. They eventually kept their distance from each other.
