‘RHOC’ Fans Plead with Bravo to Bring Vicki Gunvalson Back

Some Bravo fans believe they know what could save Season 18 of the Real Housewives of Orange County: bringing back Vicki Gunvalson, the original housewife of the OC.

The current season has faced increasing backlash as it approaches the halfway mark. Fans are disappointed with Alexis Bellino’s highly anticipated return and are critical of how Tamra Judge treated Shannon Beador, especially after Shannon’s recent DUI arrest. Even Tamra’s usual critics have started to sympathize with her.

Many fans are convinced that Vicki’s return could redeem the faltering series.

Vicki has already made several appearances this season, notably as one of Shannon’s closest confidantes. In a recent episode, Vicki accompanied Shannon to a Traitors-themed party hosted by Tamra. Former RHOBH star Teddi Mellencamp also attended the event and immediately took a jab at Vicki by saying, “Welcome Housewives…and Vicki.”

This comment riled up fans who rushed to social media to demand “justice” for Vicki, who was a mainstay on the show for 16 seasons.

Bravo’s social media posts about the episode were flooded with supportive comments for Vicki.

One fan remarked, “Justice for Vicki. Bring her back.”

Another fan, tagging Vicki, expressed, “We need you back and TamRat gone. Tamra is not your friend or Shannon’s. You were right when you said she can’t be trusted.”

Other fans echoed their disappointment in seeing Teddi on the show. One fan pleaded, “Keep Teddi OFF our screens, PLEASE.” Another quoted a classic RHOBH moment, asking, “Why is Teddi here?”

In a recent interview on RHONJ star Melissa Gorga’s podcast, Tamra and Teddi discussed what it was like filming with Vicki again. Teddi claimed that Vicki was already complaining about the schedule the moment they arrived.

According to Teddi, Vicki said, “‘How much time until we’re done? I don’t want the drama.’ Then don’t be here.”

Tamra went a step further and speculated that Vicki might not be invited back for future seasons.

“She won’t be back. I can tell you right now,” Tamra said.
