Setlist & Video: Creed Kicks Off First Tour in 12 Years

After making their return to the stage aboard the Summer of ’99 cruises earlier this year and several special and brief public performances, Creed has officially embarked on their first full-scale tour in 12 years. The rock legends delivered a 16-song set in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with special guests Switchfoot and Finger Eleven.

The Summer of ’99 tour features a rotating cast of openers including 3 Doors Down, Daughtry, Switchfoot, Tonic, Big Wreck, and Finger Eleven performing on select dates. This extensive tour is set to stretch through the summer, wrapping up on September 28.

Creed’s set list for the Green Bay performance was a blend of their popular hits. It included seven tracks from the album Human Clay, which is receiving a 25th-anniversary reissue this year. Additionally, the band played four songs each from My Own Prison and Weathered, while only one song, “Rain,” was taken from their 2009 album Full Circle.

Early in the set, Creed favored some of their heavier tracks with songs like “Bullets,” “Torn,” “Are You Ready?,” “What If,” and “Never Die” being among the first six performed.

With walls of LED panels, kaleidoscopic visuals, ample pyro, and an impressive circular lighting rig overhead, Creed bolstered their performance with a visually stunning production that perfectly complemented their much-loved hits.
