Simone Biles Shares Sweet Message for Jonathan Owens, Embraces NFL Wife Role

Now that her Olympic stint is over — one that bagged her four more medals to up her tally to 11 — Simone Biles has shifted her focus on being a supportive wife.

During the Summer Games, the Chicago Bears gave Biles’ husband, Jonathan Owens, permission to skip training camp in order to watch his wife perform in Paris. Right now, it’s Simone’s turn to return the favor.

Biles, the most decorated U.S. gymnast in Olympic history, popped in for Chicago’s preseason game on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. This was the 27-year-old’s first time to watch her beau in a Bears uniform after Owens signed with Chicago in the offseason as a free agent. Biles made sure to soak up the experience.

Before the game started, Simone made sure to give her husband some encouragement from the sidelines. The couple shared a sweet moment that was sealed with a kiss.

Biles shared a clip of the interaction on her Instagram while adding seven heart emojis as her caption. Owens subtly responded to it by sharing the post on his own IG Stories.

Talk about a real power couple, right?

We now expect to see more of Biles in Bears games as she looks to return the favor to Owens after his unwavering support during the Paris Olympics.
