‘Sister Wives’ Fans Outraged By Robyn Brown’s Lifestyle

Recently, Sister Wives fans got a chance to see how Kody and Robyn Brown live. While some believe this signals the end of the long-running series, others are shocked by Robyn’s lifestyle choices.

Undeniably, Sister Wives has had a good run, spanning eighteen seasons with a nineteenth on the way. However, there are clues that the show may be concluding. After seeing previews for Season 19, many are convinced this is the grand finale leading up to Garrison Brown’s death. Presently, fans catch a glimpse into the lives of Kody and Robyn Brown and are stunned by their way of living.

Recently, it came to the attention of Sister Wives viewers that Kody and Robyn Brown’s large home in Flagstaff, AZ is on the market. On Reddit, one user highlighted how distasteful they found Kody and Robyn’s house. After seeing the listing, many people expressed disbelief over Robyn’s horrendous style choices and noted neglected areas of the home.

One Reddit user commented, “This may actually be the ugliest bedroom I’ve ever seen,” and added, “When you have a 1.6 million dollar house, but don’t realize the value of an interior designer.” Style and design are subjective, but once one opinion surfaced, others quickly joined the conversation regarding Robyn’s taste.

Another Reddit user noted, “Any decent realtor will tell a client to de-personalize and neutralize the space so buyers can see themselves living in it. Somebody dropped the ball!”

Comments continued:

  • “Somebody probably decided to do it themselves because they thought they knew better.”
  • “The placement of every picture they can squeeze in somewhere on the wall is just hideous.”
  • “It’s hideous. I can look at a style that is not my taste and see that it is done well. This is gawd awful.”
  • “I’ve never seen anything like it. So stupid lol.”
  • “Yup, the realtor probably begged them to take 1/2 the hoard of beanie babies out.”
  • “The Precious Moments figurines? Where are they? /s”
  • “I was going to say—this is the declutter version.”

Once the listing went public, Kody and Robyn Brown’s home had thousands of views, largely driven by Sister Wives fans.

More comments poured in:

  • “Kody is so vain, he wants the world to see his ‘wealth’ with all those paints and expensive sculptures.”
  • “This place, besides being an abomination, just imagine the cost to find and buy all that purple furniture, artwork, and knick-knacks. I’d be beyond enraged if I was another wife, seeing how they waste money while Janelle rents a tiny apartment, and Christine had a modest house.”

Sister Wives viewers are decidedly not on board with Robyn Brown’s favorite color, purple. Many think the purple was a bad choice.

One viewer said, “I thought these were screenshots from the Schrader house in Breaking Bad. It’s almost identical.”

Another added, “The place looks like a brothel. Do they sleep in separate rooms?”

Viewers questioned how many Grimaces they had to skin for that carpet. Furthermore, Robyn’s attempt to flaunt wealth through art and statues appeared to backfire. People felt she missed the mark, finding the design, colors, and overcrowded space cheapened the look.

One fan admitted, “I have a purple bedroom, but it’s tasteful. This looks like Barney the dinosaur on crack.”

And another added, “Purple is a nice color, but here it clashes with the style of the house and furniture.”

Others remarked how tacky they found Robyn Brown’s sense of style:

  • “Their (her) style is so tacky. Those rock sinks are wild. All those different purples look awful. The different mirrors in the bathroom drive me crazy.”

Ultimately, fans are evaluating how design choices reflect the Brown family’s dynamics and wondering about the show’s future.

What do you think about Robyn Brown’s style choices? Do you think she likes her space? Do you believe interior design’s beauty is in the eye of the beholder? Are you looking forward to seeing the new season of Sister Wives? Let us know what you think in the comments.
