A Saturday Night Live star is about to step into the world of soap operas.

Comedian Sarah Sherman is set to guest-star in two episodes of ABC’s General Hospital, airing on Thursday, Sept. 5, and Friday, Sept. 6, according to reports from People. A devoted fan of the show, Sherman will be portraying Ms. Finch, a lively etiquette teacher for Rena Sofer’s character, Lois Cerullo.

Reflecting on her experience, Sherman told People, “I had the best time of my life and I couldn’t believe I got to act in a scene with ‘TRACY QUARTERMAINE’!” The comedian admitted feeling nervous about messing up her lines amidst seasoned actors who manage to memorize vast amounts of dialogue daily.
