A Saturday Night Live star is about to step into the world of soap operas.

Comedian Sarah Sherman is set to guest-star in two episodes of ABC’s General Hospital, airing on Thursday, Sept. 5, and Friday, Sept. 6, according to reports from People. A devoted fan of the show, Sherman will be portraying Ms. Finch, a lively etiquette teacher for Rena Sofer’s character, Lois Cerullo.

Reflecting on her experience, Sherman told People, “I had the best time of my life and I couldn’t believe I got to act in a scene with ‘TRACY QUARTERMAINE’!” The comedian admitted feeling nervous about messing up her lines amidst seasoned actors who manage to memorize vast amounts of dialogue daily. She also expressed her excitement, saying, “I met ‘Sonny Corinthos,’ so I can die happy!”
