Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” has been a constant on playlists since its release in May, but Stephen Curry has had enough. The song, a diss track aimed at Drake amid their feud earlier this year, has become a popular pre- and post-game anthem in arenas thanks to its upbeat West Coast vibe. However, Curry is tired of hearing it. The Warriors and Team USA star has expressed his desire for a break from the track, having heard it countless times over the past few months. In contrast, LeBron James is still enjoying the hit.

The two basketball legends shared a humorous exchange about the song during the United States’ exhibition game against Serbia. Curry openly expressed his frustration, saying, “Damn with this song. It’s not the only song in America.” James, however, responded by professing his love for the track, stating he still jams to it despite the frequent replays.

The 39-year-old Lakers superstar, well-versed in the rap scene, has shown support for both Drake and Lamar over the years. Though he doesn’t seem to favor one side of the feud, his enjoyment of “Not Like Us” suggests Lamar might have edged out a win in their rivalry. James has been spotted celebrating to Lamar’s music multiple times recently, but he also shares a connection with Drake, having appeared in the “Forever” music video and joining the Canadian rapper on stage during a show.

Drake and Curry enjoy a close relationship, with the rapper frequently giving the NBA star shoutouts in his songs and at his concerts. During the 2019 NBA Finals between the Warriors and Raptors, Drake wore a Dell Curry Raptors jersey to Game 1, and Toronto ultimately won the series. Curry was also referenced in Lamar’s “Meet the Grahams,” another diss track targeting Drake, highlighting the intertwined relationships between these sports and music icons.
