Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Receive ‘In Love’ Romance Update

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are savoring “every minute” together before the NFL star resumes training camp this season. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has accompanied the pop sensation on the international leg of her Eras Tour, which kicked off last August.

According to insiders, Kelce’s recent concert experiences with Swift were “bittersweet,” as reported by People. “They knew their time together like this was coming to an end, and he made sure to spend every minute he could with Taylor,” the insider revealed. Over the past few months, their bond has only grown stronger. To make the most of their time apart due to their demanding schedules, the couple has been working out and finding ways to be present for each other.

“It’s definitely tough to be apart,” the source stated. “But they do everything they can to make it work and show up for each other. They’re so in love and very, very happy together. All their friends and family can see it.”

Family and friends have also commented on the couple’s relationship. Back in November, the insider shared that Kelce’s friends believe this is “the real deal” for him. “They’re still a little shocked by all of it — that he’s dating Taylor Swift, but they’ve seen how down to earth she is with his friends and family.”

Both Kelce and Swift share a strong work ethic and respect each other’s careers. According to friends, “They’re both really hard workers, and he acknowledges her art is hers, and he has what’s his. He understands the territory their relationship comes with and isn’t letting any of the hoopla impact how they’re growing together.” The source further added, “Their relationship is about the two of them, and he sees Taylor for who she is and vice versa.”

Kelce also made a surprise appearance during Swift’s Wembley Stadium concert last month. During her song, “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” he appeared on stage dressed in a tuxedo and top hat and literally swept Swift off her feet, creating a viral moment on social media. He even shared on his New Heights podcast with his brother Jason Kelce that the idea to join Swift on stage was his own. Initially, Swift laughed and then asked him, “Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?”

“I was just like, ‘What? I would love to do that. Are you kidding me? I’ve seen the show enough — might as well put me to work here,’” he recalled. “And sure enough, she found the perfect part of the show for me to come in.”
