Most of HBO and Max’s biggest 2024 shows have already premiered, but there are still a few exciting releases left. The Batman spin-off limited series The Penguin is set to debut in September, followed by the acclaimed series Somebody Somewhere in October. Additionally, Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble’s The Sex Lives Of College Girls will return with its third season in November. However, fans are eager to know if star Reneé Rapp, who has also found success as a singer, will continue to be part of the show.

Last year, Variety reported that Rapp, who brilliantly portrayed Leighton, would not be returning as a series regular in The Sex Lives of College Girls season three. Despite this, she’s not entirely off the show. “[She] definitely still has some lessons and room to grow ahead of her,” Justin Noble revealed to Teen Vogue. He also mentioned that Leighton’s character arc in season 3 would span multiple episodes, facing significant choices and decisions in various aspects of her life.

Recently, Reneé Rapp’s performance at the Reading Festival was abruptly cut short due to weather and technical difficulties. Addressing the crowd, she said, “Guys, I really really really wanna give you a good show. Um… we are drenched. Some of our equipment is f*cked. But we do really wanna give you a good show. So, if you’re down, we will restart with ‘Not My Fault.’ And if I slip and fall, it is not my insurance. I’m not paying for that sh*t.”

The Sex Lives Of College Girls season 3 is set to premiere on Max this November, continuing to captivate audiences with its witty humor and relatable storyline.
