Tom Brady Takes Daughter to Olympics to Watch Simone Biles’ Gymnastics Final

PARIS – Tom Brady made a surprise appearance at the Olympics in Paris on Monday to cheer on another legend in sports. The former New England Patriots quarterback and seven-time Super Bowl champion was spotted in the stands alongside his 11-year-old daughter Vivian, watching Simone Biles and fellow gymnasts compete in the balance beam and floor finals.

The balance beam event was a challenge for Team USA. Biles lost her balance over halfway through her routine, and teammate Sunisa Lee also fell during her set, diminishing their hopes for a medal.

However, Biles quickly rebounded and secured a silver medal in the floor final. Fellow American Jordan Chiles earned the bronze medal, with Brady enthusiastically cheering them on from the stands.

Several other celebrities have been spotted watching Biles compete in gymnastics, including Serena Williams, Tom Cruise, Michael Phelps, Nicole Kidman, and Natalie Portman.

Brady celebrated his 47th birthday on Saturday. Just one day later, he and Vivian were seen at the Olympics supporting the United States as they faced Italy in a beach volleyball match.

Vivian is Brady’s youngest child with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. In June, Brady told People magazine that he would be bringing his daughter to the Summer Olympics, promising, “It’s going to be so fun.”

Besides watching the events, Brady has been socializing with other sports celebrities in the Olympic stands. He posed for photos with South Carolina women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley and took a selfie with rugby social media star Ilona Maher, who helped Team USA win their first medal in women’s rugby.

“There’s only one Olympics medalist in this picture and it ain’t me,” Brady humorously noted.
