Tom Sandoval Withdraws Lawsuit Against Ariana Madix, Blames His Lawyer

Tom Sandoval says he didn’t intend to sue his ex, Ariana Madix, and is now retracting his lawsuit, blaming the misunderstanding on one of his lawyers.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star took to social media Thursday to clarify the legal action against Ariana. He had countersued her in a case that Rachel Leviss brought against him and Madix regarding alleged revenge porn.

Tom claims one of his attorneys told him about a cross-complaint and advised him that signing it was customary. Tom insists he signed off on it unwittingly.

He states, “The words ‘New Lawsuit’ or ‘Suing’ were not articulated to me. I should have done more due diligence on the matter.” Upon realizing what had happened, Tom says he fired the attorney responsible.

Tom emphasizes, “In no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed. I had no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana.”

Now that he’s reversing the filing, Tom hopes to resolve the case swiftly, noting that both he and Ariana simply want to move beyond the “Scandoval.” It’s been a long journey, and this sudden legal move caught everyone by surprise on Wednesday.

As we previously reported, Tom countersued Ariana in Rachel’s civil case, bringing serious allegations against Ariana. He claimed that she allegedly made copies of Rachel’s nude photos from Tom’s phone and distributed them without permission.

Now, Tom is retracting these allegations and plans to dismiss his suit soon.
