Top Toby Keith Songs for the Fourth of July, Ranked

While there are many patriotic songs in country music, few artists are as closely tied to all things red, white, and blue as Toby Keith. Known for his staunch patriotism, Keith was a fervent supporter of the United States and its values. He proudly identified himself as a citizen of these United States and wasn’t afraid to call out those who sought to harm the country.

This patriotic spirit was evident in his music, such as the iconic song “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.”

The country singer was also a major supporter of the Armed Services. Beginning in 2002, Keith embarked on numerous USO Tours, performing overseas to entertain troops stationed in Afghanistan, Cuba, Djibouti, Guam, Iraq, Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia, and Kyrgyzstan, among other locations.

Over his lifetime, Keith participated in 18 USO Tours, performing more than 300 shows in 17 different countries for over 250,000 troops. In recognition of his contributions, the USO awarded him the Spirit of the USO Award.

Toby Keith passed away on February 5, 2024, after a long battle with stomach cancer, a diagnosis he revealed in June 2022. He was 62 years old at the time of his passing.

July 4, 2024, marks the first Independence Day without Toby Keith, a man whose music has become the soundtrack for countless gatherings across the nation. In honor of the holiday and in remembrance of Keith, here is a celebration of his best Fourth of July songs.
