Tori Spelling & Brian Austin Green Explain Why Their Friendship Ended

Tori Spelling took a trip down memory lane with her ‘90210’ co-star Brian Austin Green, leading to an emotional discussion about their once-close friendship.

Tori joined Brian on Monday’s episode of Green’s “Oldish” podcast. During their conversation, they delved into how they drifted apart after their iconic show concluded in 2000 after a successful 10-season run.

Tori reminisced about their last conversation, admitting she cried because she feared losing her close friend. She compared the moment to going through a divorce.

Despite Brian’s assurance that they would always stay in touch, the two didn’t speak for another 18 years.

Brian attempted to reconnect with Tori during a gathering at her then-boyfriend Vincent Young‘s home. However, he felt Tori was distant and gave him the cold shoulder.

He also mentioned that he tried visiting her and calling her, but eventually, he stopped when he felt his efforts weren’t reciprocated.

Tori acknowledged that her troubled relationship with Young caused her to withdraw from Brian.

She further explained that she was not supportive of Brian’s relationship with her former girlfriend Vanessa Marcil, which also contributed to the rift between them.

Now, after years apart, the pair have reunited, addressing their past issues to mend their friendship.
