Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker is offering fans a glimpse into his pre-concert fitness routine and wellness-oriented approach as his punk band continues its One More Time tour.

Barker participated in Run Travis Run, an event that started Saturday morning at the parking lot of the Kia Forum in the Los Angeles area. Cardio enthusiasts had the opportunity to join him in a 5K run, with the event also featuring fitness classes, mindfulness workshops, and various other activities including food trucks. Presented by Mascot Sports and Live Nation, it created a dynamic and engaging environment for attendees.

Barker’s wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was also present, though she didn’t keep pace with Barker during the 5K. Accompanied by friends, she lent her support, and cameras were on-site to record the occasion for her family’s Hulu series, The Kardashians.

The Run Travis Run initiative will also take place at Citi Field in Queens on the morning of July 21, with Blink-182 performing at the same venue later that evening. These events support the Boys & Girls Club, integrating a charitable component with the fitness-focused activities.

Reflecting on his past, Barker shared, “After my accident in 2008, more than 70 percent of my body was burnt. I was told by doctors that I may never be able to walk or drum again, so I set out to prove everybody wrong, including myself. What started with short walks turned into short runs every day.”

Barker added, “This past year I ran my first half marathon and participated in a few 5Ks. The running community is massive, and I loved how everyone from all walks of life ran together and supported one another. This is what Run Travis Run was built off of, and we’re only getting started.”

Later on Saturday, Barker joined fellow Blink-182 members Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge for their concert at SoFi Stadium, adjacent to the Forum. A representative for the band revealed that the sold-out show welcomed 80,000 guests, marking the most-attended stadium performance to date for the band. Blink-182, known for hits like “All the Small Things,” “I Miss You,” and “One More Time,” continues to captivate audiences, with their latest single “One More Time” released from the album of the same name.

Some notable attendees at the show included Kardashian, Megan Fox, and Machine Gun Kelly. The concert featured the band performing a snippet of Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” in the middle of their song “Dammit,” adding a surprising twist to the evening.
