Travis Kelce Sings Karaoke, Dedicates Award to Taylor Swift

A video making rounds online captures Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce dedicating his karaoke award to pop superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift.

“Taylor, this one’s for you!” Kelce exclaimed upon receiving the award during an event that followed the first-round American Century Championship charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe on Thursday (July 11).

Kelce, 34, performed Whitesnake’s ‘Here I Go Again,’ as featured in a clip shared by his New Heights podcast’s X (formerly Twitter) account.

“I love you guys!” Kelce shouted triumphantly while holding up the trophy.

Kelce, along with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, participated in the American Century Championship rather than attending the 2024 ESPY Awards held in Los Angeles Thursday night.

Both players were humorously acknowledged by ESPYs host and 23-time grand slam tennis champion Serena Williams during her opening monologue.

“Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City Chiefs. This year, Patrick Mahomes and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend won a Super Bowl,” Williams joked, referencing Kelce’s high-profile relationship.

Kelce and Swift initially went public with their relationship when she attended his game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium last September.

The three-time Super Bowl champion revealed that he attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number when he attended her concert at Arrowhead Stadium prior to their relationship last summer.

Swift later commented that Kelce “very adorably put me on blast” when he openly talked about the situation on his New Heights podcast. She noted that his actions were “metal as hell” while being featured as Time Magazine‘s ‘Person of the Year’ in December 2023.
