Travis Kelce’s New Racehorse Has a Taylor Swift Vibe

Travis Kelce’s new venture is as charming as his relationship with Taylor Swift. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end recently acquired a “significant share” in a racehorse, Team Valor International founder and CEO Barry Irwin announced on Tuesday (Aug. 27), according to Bloodhorse.

The 3-year-old horse, owned by Team Valor and Gary Barber, is named Swift Delivery. Although the horse received its name before Kelce’s relationship with the pop star, the name now seems like a delightful twist of fate. Neither Kelce nor Swift have publicly commented on the horse’s name.

Kelce discussed his experiences at the Kentucky Derby on his podcast, New Heights, which he co-hosts with his brother and former NFL player, Jason Kelce.

“I’m a Derby guy now, man,” the 34-year-old shared in the May 8 episode. “It was so much fun.”

The Zoldan family, who also holds a share in Swift Delivery, welcomed Travis as a guest at last year’s Derby.

“They have been ingrained in the Derby for 30 years,” Travis said about the Derby royal family. “They made it easy and fun to come out there and enjoy the Derby.”

Travis and Taylor have now been together officially for a year, with last month marking their first anniversary. Over the past year, fans have been treated to glimpses of their love story, from Taylor cheering on Travis at his NFL games to the athlete visiting Taylor on her Eras Tour.

Sources close to the couple have hinted that this relationship could be long-lasting.

“They are a naturally bonded pair,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “It was a very special experience for them and also hints at what their future might hold together.”
