Travis Kelce has it all: good looks, charm, the most famous girlfriend in the world, and three Super Bowl Championships. But he seems to want even more—a career in Hollywood. Travis is gearing up to follow in the footsteps of Michael Jordan and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, eyeing a turn on the big screen.

According to Deadline, Travis is set to star in the upcoming action/comedy film Loose Cannons. The movie’s development is still in the early stages, so not many details have been released yet. Importantly, Travis is preparing to return to the Kansas City Chiefs as a tight end for the 2024/2025 season, which suggests that filming might not start for some time.

No other cast members have been announced, and information about the director is also under wraps. However, it’s reported that Tim Dowling will write the script. While the plot specifics are scarce, The Hollywood Reporter offers a snippet: “Two loose cannons are forced to partner up after their precincts merge due to budget cuts and no one wants to work with them. The duo end up taking on the cases no one else can.”

For now, fans will need to be satisfied with the knowledge that an exciting film is on the horizon. There’s no word yet on whether Taylor Swift will join him on set or make a cameo, but considering the Eras Tour is nearing its end, the timing could be just right.

In the meantime, Travis Kelce can be seen on the football field or on the small screen. He is hosting Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? which will air on Prime Video starting October 16.
