Travis Scott is making waves every time he steps on stage. The European leg of his Circus Maximus Tour recently passed through Milan, drawing in an enormous crowd of 80,000 people. The sheer energy of the event even led some to worry that it might cause an earthquake in Italy.

Scott’s performance was held at the Ippodromo Snai La Maura open-field venue. Throughout the night, Scott delivered his “FE!N” anthem eight consecutive times. The intense show led some Milan citizens to believe that tectonic plates were actually shifting. While the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology reported no earthquakes, social media users felt otherwise. “Am I the only one who heard the #terremoto in Milan?” one user asked in Italian. Another added, “Did I alone feel three good tremors of #Terremoto in Milan?”

Travis Scott shared aerial footage showing a massive crowd, phone lights shimmering, and numerous mosh pits, which only added to the wild atmosphere. “LAST NIGHT WAS A DREAM. ‘NO THIS ISNT FESTIVAL. THIS A SHOW ON THE TOUR’ IN THE WORDS OF STROMBERG,” Scott posted on Instagram. He continued, “MILAN YALL OWE ME NOTHING. YALL GAVE YALL ALL 80k OF YALL HAD THE BEST TIME EVER. CIRCUS MAXIMUS @whitetrashtyler WAS ACTUALLY TURNT ABOUT THIS.”

This isn’t the first time a Travis Scott concert has been mistaken for an earthquake in Italy. Similar reports emerged last year during a June show he performed at the same venue.

The Circus Maximus Tour is set to continue its European stretch throughout July, with two shows lined up in Germany followed by another two in Spain. The month will wrap up with these performances before Scott heads to South America in September for several shows.

Scott’s world tour has just begun. After South America, he will return to the United States for a single performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on October 9. He will then wrap up his tour in Australia and New Zealand.

In addition to his tour, Travis has more in store for his fans. He is set to appear on Ice Spice’s debut album, Y2K!, which releases on Friday, July 26. Scott and the “Deli” rapper collaborated on a track titled “Oh Shhh…”
