Truly Bizarre Edibles Coming to Stardust Crusaders

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has continued to captivate fans with its unique world of Stands and the ever-evolving saga of the Joestar lineage. This enduring popularity has naturally spawned a wide array of merchandise, some as peculiar as the series itself. Fans have seen everything from plushies to gummies inspired by the franchise, and now, an exciting new edible treat is on the horizon.

Later this year, fans of the Stardust Crusaders arc can look forward to a special edible release that celebrates Jotaro Kujo and the arc’s most iconic adversaries.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders marked a pivotal moment in the series by not only introducing Jotaro Kujo but also the concept of Stands. Previous storylines, Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency, showcased Jonathan and Joseph Joestar using the power of the Ripple against supernatural threats. With the emergence of Stands, starting with Jotaro’s Star Platinum, a new era for the series began, firmly embedding Stands into the heart of the franchise.

This December, Stardust Crusaders pays homage to its fans once again with the release of new edible wafers. These wafers, adorned with beloved characters such as Jotaro, Kakyoin, Polnareff, Jonathan Joestar, Avdol, Iggy, and the formidable Dio Brando, will be a collector’s item packed with 23 different types of cards, including character and story cards.

Premium Bandai described the wafers, “Wafers with cards from the anime JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders are now available! A lineup of 23 types, including character cards and story cards! Includes newly drawn illustrations of Jotaro, DIO, and more!”

As of now, it remains uncertain when JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will return to television. After finishing Jolyne’s tale in Stone Ocean, David Production has yet to confirm if they will continue with Steel Ball Run, the storyline that follows. Many fans of the manga consider Steel Ball Run as one of the franchise’s finest arcs, distinctively different from any previous entries.
