Tucker wanted Cedric to nominate Quinn as the replacement to expose Quinn’s power. He believed Cedric was on board. However, Cedric nominated Makensy instead, aiming to flush out her power. Makensy then used her power to take herself off the block. As a result, America will now vote for the third nominee, likely after Wednesday’s episode airs. Angela, Makensy, and Cedric are ineligible for renomination.

During the Veto meeting, Quinn’s power was exposed, probably by Tucker. Quinn went on an apology tour, explaining why he hadn’t been honest about his power with his allies—essentially, everyone in the house. He promised to use it next week since it’s his last chance.

Tucker was furious that Cedric didn’t inform him about the change in plans for the renomination. The two had a heated argument about whether Cedric had advised Tucker to use the Veto on himself. Tucker wasn’t present when Cedric decided to nominate Makensy, and Cedric never explicitly told Tucker about his new plan. Tucker declared Cedric as his new target, but they later reconciled with a hug once tempers cooled.

The question of who America would pick as the renom caused widespread concern. The main issue is that many events and houseguests haven’t been shown in the episodes yet, and TV-only viewers control a significant portion of the vote. Tucker has come to terms with the possibility of going home if he doesn’t win the AI Arena. Despite this, he’s content because he managed to shake up the game. Ironically, Cedric didn’t want to get his hands dirty, but now he’s covered in metaphorical blood.
