Unearthed Documentary Reveals New Bigfoot Sighting

There seems to be a shortage of fresh Bigfoot sightings around the world at the moment, leaving enthusiasts looking for their next fix. This is where the documentary “Great North” steps in, providing a fascinating watch. Currently, it’s streaming on PlutoTV for those who are interested.

“Great North,” created by Martin J. Dignard and William Reeve, dives into the traditions of the local Inuit population and the Arctic world, a region unfamiliar to many. While it’s a compelling documentary for fans of the genre, it has recently caught the attention of the r/Bigfoot subreddit, due to a specific clip that piqued interest.

In one captivating scene, a herd of caribou makes its way across a beautifully detailed landscape. Some of the creatures swim while others run, creating a vivid tableau. Beyond a small hill in the distance, a larger herd is visible. This is where Bigfoot supposedly comes into play.

At first glance, nothing about the clip screams “Sasquatch.” However, if you look closely near the hill with the running caribou, you’ll notice a shadowy figure that seems to be chasing or interacting with the animals. This indistinct form, obscured by distance, has prompted some to claim that it could be Bigfoot.

Opinions in the comments section were mixed. Some viewers were skeptical, while others joked about needing to “enhance” the footage to get a clear image. Some suggested that it looked more like a person holding a baby, while others speculated it was probably a hunter. Yet, some enthusiasts have gone further, stabilizing the footage and even claiming to have gotten insights from the filmmakers themselves.

A prior post on Instagram by Squatch Me Now described the zoomed-in footage as showing “a large bipedal creature stalking the caribou.” The caption notes, “Seems unlikely that the production insurance company would allow a crew member to put themselves in a place where they could easily be trampled. We’ve certainly seen very similar behavior in other purported Bigfoot videos we’ve posted.” They also referred to user ThinkerThunker, who had also analyzed the footage and interviewed William Reeve before his passing in 2018.

Ultimately, like most Bigfoot sightings, the final verdict is up to the viewer. Do you believe the shadowy figure is indeed the legendary giant ape man, or is it just another case of mistaken identity?
