Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix’s younger brother, Jeremy Madix, was arrested for possession of 100 pounds of drugs. Recent reports from TMZ reveal that Jeremy Madix and a friend, Jonah Ahad, were caught with 100 pounds of weed, which was found in their suitcases as they attempted to board a flight from Orlando to Frankfurt, Germany, on February 16th. Upon inspection by Customs and Border Protection, Jeremy’s two suitcases contained 64 bags of weed totaling 76 pounds. Surprisingly, no arrests were made at the time.

Neither Jeremy Madix nor Jonah Ahad agreed to speak without their lawyers. The reasons for their release in February remain unclear, but Jonah was later detained in May, and Jeremy faced arrest on Tuesday, August 13th. They are now charged with felony trafficking in cannabis.

It is important to note that Jeremy’s arrest occurred one month before his engagement proposal in March.
