In the legal filings, Brittany cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. The couple had previously announced their separation in February, and Brittany lists January 24, 2024, as their official date of separation.

Brittany and Jax share a 3-year-old son, Cruz. Brittany is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their son but is open to Jax having visitation rights.

Additionally, Brittany aims to prevent the court from awarding spousal support to either party.

This divorce filing follows Jax’s return to work on his new Bravo reality show, “The Valley,” after leaving a treatment center.

TMZ previously reported that Jax entered an inpatient treatment program to address his mental health issues after their separation.

Brittany and Jax began dating in 2015. They got engaged in June 2018 at Neptune’s Net in Malibu before tying the knot in June 2019 at the Kentucky Castle in Versailles, Kentucky.

The couple had faced numerous challenges, which were documented on “Vanderpump Rules” and the first season of “The Valley.” Now, they are going through a divorce.

When reached for a comment, Jax’s representative had no remarks to offer.
