Vince Vaughn’s Rare Appearance with Kids at Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

Vince Vaughn, a star with a Hollywood Walk of Fame honor, consistently puts his role as a father first.

On Monday, the SAG-nominated actor received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In a rare public appearance, Vaughn was joined by his wife, Kyla Weber, and their children, Locklyn (13) and Vernon (11).

Vaughn appeared in a charcoal suit paired with a white tee and sneakers, posing proudly with Weber and their children beside his newly inaugurated star. Locklyn opted for a simple white sundress, while Vernon, holding a plaque of Vaughn’s star, dressed in a sharp navy-blue suit.

During his speech, Vaughn expressed heartfelt gratitude towards his wife. “So glad that you’re with me on this now,” he said. “I’m so grateful for you and for these beautiful kids and for all the laughter that we share together.”

Vaughn and Weber tied the knot in 2010. Their daughter, Locklyn, was born in December 2010, followed by their son, Vernon, in 2013.

The “Wedding Crashers” star also took the opportunity to honor his children during his speech. “As much as all this means, Vernon and Locklyn, you guys really do need to know that you guys are the most important thing in the world to me,” Vaughn said.

He humorously added, “You’re not as lucrative. You don’t give me access to the kind of stuff that this kind of thing does. But with that all being said, you guys are the most important, and I love you both very much. It’s great to have you guys with me.”
