Wack100 Claims Irv Gotti Suffered a Stroke and Now Uses a Cane

Music producer Irv Gotti, known for working with artists like Ja Rule, Ashanti, and DMX, has reportedly suffered a stroke, according to hip hop legend Wack100.

The famed talent manager shared the troubling news during a podcast episode on Monday. Wack claimed he had spoken with someone at a stroke recovery center about Gotti’s condition, revealing that the Murder Inc. co-founder had allegedly suffered a stroke.

However, a representative for Irv Gotti categorically denies that Gotti was ever in a rehab facility.

Wack also mentioned that he received images of Gotti in recovery. One photo showed the producer walking with what Wack referred to as a “walker,” which looked more like a cane. Wack stated that this image was taken outside of the recovery center and mentioned that Gotti had “lost a lot of weight” during his alleged health crisis.

Concerned, Wack encouraged fans to “pray for Irv Gotti.” Gotti has faced his share of health challenges in recent years, including a battle with diabetes.

Irv himself had opened up about his health struggles on “The Drink Champs” last year, expressing that his diabetes was “deteriorating” his body. During that interview, Gotti admitted he wasn’t consistent with taking his insulin and that his doctors had advised him to change his diet, which he found challenging to follow.

In addition to his health issues, Gotti is also dealing with legal troubles. He was sued last month for sexual assault and rape. A woman, who claims to have been in a relationship with Gotti between 2020 and 2022, alleged that Gotti raped her multiple times in Atlanta, Miami, and Saint Martin.

Gotti vehemently denied the allegations at that time.
