When and Where Will ‘It Ends With Us’ Be Available for Streaming?

It Ends With Us, featuring Blake Lively and directed by Justin Baldoni, performed remarkably well over its opening weekend, suggesting a sequel could be on the horizon. Baldoni, interestingly enough, doesn’t seem too keen on directing the potential follow-up, but for now, he can revel in the box-office success. This film, alongside Anyone But You, has shown that audiences are still interested in romcoms, albeit selectively.

The movie featuring Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell, much like It Ends With Us and No Hard Feelings with Jennifer Lawrence, is also a Sony production. This presents a pattern in the streaming release strategies for these films.

Sony has an established agreement with Netflix for exclusive streaming rights for recent theatrical releases after 120 days. Following this pattern, It Ends With Us will likely be available on Netflix around the four-month mark, placing its streaming release date in mid-December.

It’s also important to note that Sony typically makes these movies available initially on ad-free plans only. While this strategy could change, it’s safe to assume that It Ends With Us, based on Colleen Hoover’s book of the same name, will debut on ad-free plans when it becomes available on Netflix.
