When Do ‘SEAL Team’ Season 7, Episodes 1 & 2 Release?

Paramount Plus is not just a hub for Tom Cruise movies or the numerous Taylor Sheridan shows that keep dads entertained. It’s also home to the enduring military drama, SEAL Team, which is approaching its final season.

The eagerly awaited first episodes of this concluding season are scheduled to drop on Paramount Plus on Sunday, August 11.

If the release pattern follows other recent streaming-exclusive content on the platform, viewers can expect the episodes to be available at 12:00am PST and 3:00am EST.

Series star David Boreanaz, known for his roles in Buffy, Angel, and Bones, seems ready for a break. Speaking to PEOPLE, he candidly revealed the physical demands of the show have taken a toll on him. “I take good care of myself, but it gets to a point where your body’s not moving like it used to,” he admitted. “I think I’ve had four MRIs in the past four months, for my knees, hips, shoulders. It’s been quite a journey.”
