Who Will Win ‘The Traitors’ Season 3? Plus Predictions for the New Season

As someone deeply immersed in the entertainment world, especially in the realm of television, I was elated (though not exactly surprised) to learn that The Traitors will be returning for its third season.

The second season of Traitors was nothing short of a wild ride, and I had my share of thoughts on how it all panned out. Given the announcement for the third season, I can only imagine a surge in excitement and drama. The upcoming season boasts a stellar cast featuring reality TV bigwigs like Tom Sandoval and Dorinda Medley, the highly-talked-about Sam Asghari of 2024, and even a royal, Lord Ivar Mountbatten, a cousin of Queen Elizabeth. This ensemble hints at an exhilarating, murder-filled journey ahead.

So, what should we brace ourselves for in season three? Here are my thoughts and predictions on everything, from the selection of Traitors to the ultimate winner.

Let’s talk predictions for the third season. There are so many intriguing options for who might be picked as a Traitor. Firstly, I firmly believe Alan Cumming will avoid choosing Sam Asghari. Asghari evokes a vibe similar to Ryan Lochte from season one and Bergie from season two—maybe entertaining but not quite fit for the Traitor role. With more compelling options available, Asghari seems likely to be an early target.

In light of the thrilling presence of Phaedra in season two, it’s reasonable to expect one of the Housewives in the Traitor circle this time. My bet is on Dorinda—she’s bound to make captivating TV and would look fantastic in the Traitor robes.

Additionally, I foresee Bob the Drag Queen securing a spot as well. Given how Peppermint was treated in season two, overlooking her potential, it seems fitting that Bob, an eminent figure from Drag Race, will be given the mantle. Bob is not just entertaining but also equipped to bring the drama and intrigue in a way few others can.

For the final Traitor, my instincts point to one of the Survivor alums. Jeremy Collins appears to be a prime candidate. With his extensive Survivor experience and a knack for strategic manipulation, Jeremy could glide through the Traitor game almost unnoticed, thanks to his charming disposition.

However, Jeremy, if picked, will need to stay vigilant. The strong showing from Sandra and Parvati in the previous season has set a precedent, making Survivor contestants like Rob, Tony, Carolyn, and Jeremy high-priority targets for both Traitors and Faithfuls alike. It’s going to be a tense watch to see who gets eliminated first.

Regarding who might take the crown this season, alliances will be key. Much like Trishelle and CJ’s partnership in the second season, teamwork could be the driving force behind season three’s winner. Perhaps former Big Brother contestants Danielle and Britney might create a formidable bond, or maybe Bachelor Nation’s Wells and Gabby will manage to outlast others.

Now, on to one of my all-time favorites from the show—Kate. Kate’s presence in The Traitors has been pure gold. Her storyline developed beautifully, shifting from indifference to being a reformed and active participant. Given her immense popularity, it’s plausible she’ll appear again, though my hunch is this time she might pop in for a special twist rather than as a contestant. Imagine a dramatic helicopter arrival with Kate stepping out to introduce a new challenge instead of Alan.

As for the future of the series, there’s little doubt in my mind about the continuity of Traitors. The success and intrigue it brings assure me that season four is already in the planning stages, likely to begin filming as season three is broadcast, ensuring the show’s momentum and rating highs continue uninterrupted.
