Jennifer Lopez’s mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, has reportedly urged her daughter to end her marriage with Ben Affleck. According to sources, Rodríguez believes that Jennifer should “cut her losses” after the many years invested in her relationship with Affleck.

“Jennifer’s mom told her, ‘Cut your losses and move on to avoid getting any deeper in this mess,’” a source told the Daily Mail.

The insider elaborated, saying, “He was not the person she built him up to be. It’s taken too much of a toll on her, and because of this, she has lost sight of who she is and what she stands for.”

Rodríguez’s concerns are not isolated. Jennifer’s sisters, Leslie Ann and Lynda, also seem aligned with their mother’s stance. An insider revealed that her family believes she has “lost sight of who she is” and opine that Jennifer currently feels Ben doesn’t deserve her.

“They want Jennifer to be happy, of course, but they feel their sister is getting so caught up in what it was supposed to be that she isn’t seeing it for what it is now,” the insider continued.

As for the current state of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage, recent events have fueled further speculation. Over the July 4th weekend, Jennifer and Ben were notably absent from each other’s company, each enjoying separate festivities. Lopez was in her home state of New York with her twins, Emme and Max Munez, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Meanwhile, Affleck was spotted in Los Angeles.
