Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Arrested on Three Charges

Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country star Wynonna Judd, was recently arrested in Georgia on three misdemeanor charges.

According to Carroll County Jail records, Kelley was booked on August 3 for driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper use of motorcycle equipment, and attempting to flee or elude a police officer. She was released the next day after posting a $2,750 bond.

Billboard reached out to both the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department and Judd’s representatives for more details on the incident.

This isn’t Kelley’s first run-in with the law this year. In April, she was taken into custody at Elmore County Jail after allegedly exposing herself at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. She then refused to identify herself to the police and was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Her bond for that incident was set at $1,000.

Kelley has a history of legal issues dating back to 2016 when she was first arrested for meth possession. In 2018, she received an eight-year prison sentence after violating her probation and leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program.

She was reportedly released from jail in late 2022 but found herself back behind bars in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and a restraining order, along with parole violations. She was released five months later in October 2023.

In March 2022, Kelley welcomed a daughter named Kaliyah Chanel while she was on temporary leave from jail.
