The snap shows Efron chest-pressing some major dumbbells while lying atop a yoga ball, implying he’s not taking any days off from his fitness routine.

Efron mentioned he’s “happy and healthy” and expressed his gratitude for everyone’s well-wishes. He also added the date to emphasize that the photo was taken earlier Sunday.

Reports indicate that Zac went through a pretty scary situation on Friday. Two employees at a private villa in Ibiza reportedly had to pull him out of a pool after noticing he was in distress.

Despite how serious it sounded, a representative for Zac explained that he was taken to the hospital as a precaution following what was described as a “minor swimming incident.” The representative did not elaborate on what caused the distress in the pool.

Zac has been vacationing in Europe, recently attending the Paris Olympics and collaborating with Martin Garrix for a DJ set. His Instagram post, featuring the workout snap, aims to reassure fans about his well-being.
