After two decades, unidentified remains in Midtown NYC bar basement identified as Jane Doe

A 9/11 victim’s DNA was used to identify remains found under a New York City address as a teen last seen in 1969. The discovery was made in 2003 in Manhattan at a location where a famous rock night club once operated. The victim, Patricia Kathleen McGlone, was found to have been tied up with electrical cord and strangled. She was wearing a ring and watch matching her name, and also had a dime and toy soldier. The investigation helped provide closure for the victim’s family after years of uncertainty.
