Alien: Romulus Unveils Terrifying Popcorn Bucket, Surpassing Controversial Design of ‘Dune: Part 2’

In addition to dominating the box office and becoming a cornerstone of the new Warner Bros. Discovery, “Dune: Part 2” has caught the public’s attention with its unique and eye-catching popcorn bucket design. After seeing the success of this, several upcoming Hollywood films are now looking to create their own special popcorn buckets to add to their premieres, with “Alien: Romulus” being no exception. The upcoming horror film by Fede Álvarez, which has impressed Ridley Scott, is promising a one-of-a-kind popcorn experience with the xenomorph taking center stage.

While the official design of the “Alien: Romulus” popcorn bucket has yet to be revealed, there have been leaks that may have already spoiled the surprise for 20th Century Studios and Disney. The bucket features the head of the xenomorph as the main motif and is designed to attach to the arm, making it a unique and striking design that pays homage to a scene from “Alien vs Predator.” Fans can expect this special popcorn bucket to be a hot topic, with no photography allowed due to contractual reasons.

The plot of “Alien: Romulus” will take place between the first and second films in the series, combining elements of horror and science fiction while exploring the themes of “Prometheus” and “Covenant” along with the classic elements that made “Alien” and “Aliens” iconic films in the genre. The film will follow a group of young people who stumble upon an abandoned facility where experiments with the xenomorph have been conducted by Weyland-Yutani.
