Arizona Republican’s Electronic Voting Lawsuit Waved Off by Supreme Court, Kari Lake Reports

The Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit from Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake challenging the use of electronic voting machines in Arizona. Lake claimed the machines did not ensure a fair and accurate vote, but two lower courts found she had not been harmed enough to sue. The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals said Lake’s claim was speculative, as there was no evidence of hacking. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal without comment, as the Secretary of State and boards of supervisors believed the lawsuit was frivolous. Lake accused the Court of inaction on election issues, despite being involved in cases related to Donald Trump.
