Authorities conduct over 200 rescues in Texas floodwaters as young boy tragically loses his life

The body of a young boy was found in floodwaters near Fort Worth, Texas as search and rescue teams continue to patrol. The death is the first fatality following storms prompting disaster declarations for over a third of Texas counties. The boy was found after a vehicle got stuck in water, the 911 caller saying they were swept away. Rescuers are using boats in the area. At least 224 people have been rescued in Harris County with evacuation orders in place. More rain is expected, but relief is on the horizon in the form of dry weather and warm temperatures.
