David, a young middle-class Jew, large, homosexual and afraid of flying, returns from Europe to Buenos Aires due to the death of his uncle. On this return, David finds out that his mother has decided to disconnect his father’s respirator, the only thing that has kept him alive for years. David returns to his childhood home where he oscillates between intimate coexistence with his mother and a voracity to fill his existential anguish. As his days in Buenos Aires progress, he will try to avoid in any way seeing his father in his hospital again, although fate will do the impossible to make that meeting happen.
