Claim to Fame Season 3: Final Four Revealed After Tonight’s Elimination

Claim to Fame Season 3 is nearing its conclusion, and after six episodes, the competition is intensifying. This week saw the departure of another contestant, leaving just four players as the finale approaches. With more clues unveiled each episode, the participants are closer than ever to uncovering the identities of their rivals.

The show initially welcomed 11 contestants to live in a luxury mansion, each of them related to an A-list celebrity. Their goal is to keep their family connection a secret. Each week, one contestant’s ‘claim to fame’ is exposed, with the last remaining contestant winning a $100,000 prize. In the latest episode, a seventh contestant was eliminated.

In Episode 6, the five remaining contestants engaged in a large-scale celebrity trivia contest, competing for a vital wine cellar clue and individual tips about their competitors’ celebrity relatives. The episode culminated in the guesser attempting to eliminate another player, determining the final four.

This week’s episode was particularly challenging for Danny. His fellow contestants had identified his connection to Marc Anthony due to a previous wine cellar clue. Despite being saved last week when another contestant targeted Adam, Danny wasn’t as fortunate this week. He lost the challenge and was voted the guesser, leading him to incorrectly guess Mackenzie’s celebrity relative. This mistake resulted in his elimination.

So, who is Danny related to? Danny is the nephew of salsa icon Marc Anthony, who is also famously known as Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband. Several clues throughout the season hinted at this connection, which was revealed when Danny misidentified Mackenzie’s relative.

This episode’s trivia challenge provided several intriguing clues about the remaining contestants’ celebrity connections. Each winner of the trivia rounds received a clue about another contestant’s celebrity relative without knowing whose it was.

The first clue described an actor whose character saved Superman as an infant. Hud earned this clue, which appears to point to Marlon Brando, who played Superman’s father in the 1978 movie. This strongly suggests that Shane is related to Brando.

The second clue mentioned a love ballad specialist who gave Kelly Clarkson a fan-girl moment. Shane received this clue, hinting at Michael Bolton. Given Adam’s previous clues, he seems to be related to Bolton.

The third clue involved a singer who talked about a “Badonkadonk” that was “Honky Tonk.” Mackenzie won this clue and confirmed it was about her relative, singer Trace Adkins.

The fourth clue connected a “Small Town” farm boy inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2008 alongside Madonna. Adam secured this clue, which appears to be about John Cougar Mellencamp, suggesting Hud is related to Mellencamp.

The final clue referenced a Latin superstar who appeared in a film with Dakota Fanning and Denzel Washington. Hud won this clue, which is clearly about Danny’s relative, Marc Anthony.

Following the latest elimination, the remaining contestants are:

Adam

Hud

Mackenzie

Shane
