Col. Ralph Puckett, recipient of the Medal of Honor, to lie in honor in Capitol rotunda

Colonel Ralph Puckett Jr., a retired United States Army Medal of Honor recipient, was honored in a special ceremony at the U.S. Capitol rotunda after his passing at the age of 97.
