Continued Weather Alerts Throughout the Night and into Sunday Afternoon

Storms are developing over Dallas and Tarrant County, moving north with a stout cap across North Texas. Severe threats are expected overnight into Sunday, with large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes possible. The threat will continue into Sunday morning before daytime heating triggers more severe weather in the eastern half. A slight risk is forecasted for areas east of the Metroplex. Additionally, North Texas is under a FLASH FLOOD WATCH through Sunday due to possible heavy rain. More storms are expected on Wednesday and Thursday.
