Cristiano Ronaldo Supports Kylian Mbappe’s Bid for Ballon d’Or

Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed strong support for Kylian Mbappé, predicting a bright future for him at Real Madrid. He believes that the French forward is on the path to winning the prestigious Ballon d’Or in the near future.

In a discussion on his YouTube channel, Ronaldo emphasized his confidence in Mbappé’s prospects at Madrid, referring to the club as “the best club ever.” He highlighted the club’s strong structure and inspiring environment.

“I think Mbappé will do well. The structure of the club… it’s nice, it’s good,” Ronaldo stated. He praised the leadership at Madrid, particularly pointing out the longstanding presence of President Florentino Pérez and the quality of their coaching staff. Ronaldo feels these factors will facilitate Mbappé’s integration and success at the club.

Furthermore, Ronaldo suggested that Mbappé has the potential to be a future Ballon d’Or winner, mentioning other young talents such as Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham, and Lamine Yamal as contenders as well.

“Madrid is the kind of team that does not rush under pressure. People often say they are lucky in the Champions League, but they are not merely lucky; they are prepared for these crucial moments,” he remarked. Ronaldo also noted the unique atmosphere of the Santiago Bernabéu, which he believes plays a significant role in the team’s success.

While addressing the current team dynamics, Ronaldo acknowledged that it remains uncertain whether Madrid will improve upon their previous season. “Now, if you say that Madrid is going to be better or not, we don’t know. Mbappé is there now, and I think Madrid will stay strong, but I don’t know if they will be better than last year. Only God knows,” he commented.

Real Madrid’s manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has also addressed the ongoing adjustments the team is making with Mbappé in their lineup. The forward recently showcased his talents by scoring two goals in a match against Real Betis just before the international break, illustrating his growing adaptation to the squad.

This season, Madrid has had a mixed bag of results, securing two wins and two draws over their first four La Liga matches. Currently, they find themselves trailing behind their rivals Barcelona by four points at the top of the league table.

As the season progresses, the expectations for both Mbappé and Real Madrid are high. Fans and analysts are keen to see how the young forward enhances the team’s performance and whether he can indeed live up to Ronaldo’s prophecies of greatness.
