The approval of this law, which took place in a signing without comment by the governor, has been celebrated by business groups such as the National Federation of Independent Businesses of Florida, arguing that it will help create a more stable environment for business growth.

“Small business owners don’t have the time or resources to navigate a confusing and contradictory series of local ordinances that go beyond what the state already requires,” said Bill Herrle, director of the National Federation of Independent Businesses. Florida.
