DJ Fisher Approved to Build Luxury Nine-Storey Residential Tower on Gold Coast

Celebrity DJ Paul Fisher is set for a major real estate win on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

The 37-year-old music guru, who is married to influencer Chloe Fisher, 31, is behind a newly approved luxury development at Palm Beach.

The nine-storey tower will be built just a stone’s throw from the waterside on two lots he snapped up for an eye-watering $5.2 million over the last four years.

Named after Fisher’s “You Little Beauty” hit, the development will see two houses demolished to make way for the residential block, according to The Courier Mail.

Fisher bought the first of the lots in 2020 for $2.1 million before he grabbed the adjoining property for $3.1 million in 2023.

According to the report, Gold Coast City Council has recently approved plans for the chic block, which is designed by BDA architects.

The tower will house six three-bedroom units, each boasting two bathrooms.

A highlight of the block is a two-level penthouse with three bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a rooftop entertainment deck.

Meanwhile, residents will be able to enjoy resort-style facilities such as a private pool, spa, gym, and BBQ area.

Located in one of Palm Beach’s most exclusive neighborhoods, the tower will also feature a private balcony with each apartment, and bedrooms built with a seaward outlook to make the most of the amazing ocean views.

Meanwhile, DJ Fisher and his wife Chloe welcomed their first child together in June.

The former model gave birth to a baby girl they have named Bobbi Maree.

The happy news came after Fisher canceled his scheduled concerts in New York after his pregnant wife was taken to the hospital with possible pre-term labor.

The Australian music producer, who in December announced the couple were expecting their first child, shared the worrying news on his Instagram.

The Gold Coast-born star said he had to reschedule his upcoming New York shows so he could be by his wife’s side.

In December, it was reported that Fisher was expecting his first child with Chloe.

The house DJ, who performs under the moniker DJ Fisher, and his wife of three years shared the good news on Instagram on Christmas Eve.

‘The greatest gift of all. I’ve waited my whole life for you,’ Chloe wrote on Instagram alongside an image in which her husband cradled her bump.

‘The most wanted and loved baby Fisher will be joining the tour in 2024, we are still pinching ourselves that we’ve finally been chosen to become parents.

‘WE DID IT @followthefishtv. I love you so so much!’ Chloe added, saying it was ‘the single happiest moment in my life’.

Chloe, who has previously had four miscarriages, took a moment to share her empathy for those struggling with infertility and revealed she had battled for several years to conceive via IVF.

Chloe is a model and swimwear designer and the founder of the Australian brand Aloé Swimwear.

The young family is currently on tour in Europe with their newborn.
