Emma Roberts Shares Rare Insight on Her Low-Key Relationship with Cody John
Emma Roberts finally opened up about her relationship with boyfriend Cody John on Saturday.
The American Horror Story star, 33, who recently co-produced a Netflix series with Kim Kardashian, expressed her feelings during a heartfelt moment with her boyfriend.
When asked about the last time she was moved to tears, the Space Cadet actress revealed it was during a movie night with Cody.
“I watched the movie The Iron Claw with my boyfriend, and the two of us were sobbing,” Roberts shared with People.
“It was just a disaster of crying and then laughing at each other for crying, which made us cry even harder,” she added.

The blonde beauty and her man confirmed their relationship in August 2022 after being spotted kissing in New York City.
Just days later, the pair made their relationship Instagram official in a photo he posted of them sharing a kiss on a yacht, captioning the snap “sweet sweet.”
At the time, a source close to the couple revealed to ET that they were very content and enjoying their time together.
“Their friends and family are happy for the both of them and think they make a great couple,” the insider shared.
Since then, the pair have been inseparable and managed to keep their relationship private.
The adorable details of their relationship emerged just days after Julia Roberts’ niece admitted she did not want “to date actors anymore.”
Before dating Cody John, who works in the entertainment industry, Roberts had romanced Alex Pettyfer, Garrett Hedlund, and her American Horror Story co-star Evan Peters.
She told Flaunt, “One day the veil was lifted and I didn’t want to date actors anymore. It’s hard, I think, for two actors to be together.”

She and Hedlund were first linked in April 2019 after her quiet split from Dahmer star Evan Peters.
