Experiencing Trump’s “hush money” trial from the courtroom perspective

Everyone but the judge and jurors are seated before Donald Trump and his team enter the court each day in his New York criminal trial. Reporters, public, prosecutors, and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg are present, passing security screening and being quiet as Trump arrives. Trump often addresses cameras before entering, then sits quietly with his team during proceedings. He is stoic and attentive during jury selection, rarely showing emotions like in previous trials where he was disruptive. Trump must comply with courtroom rules, rising when Merchan or the jury enters or exits. After the trial, Trump and his team leave, while everyone waits for clearance to stand up and reporters are admonished to speak softly.
