Former Inmate ‘El Negro’ Lobo Revels in Liberation Following US Incarceration

Carlos Arnoldo “The Black” Wolf, a Honduran ex-convict, was recently captured on the beaches of Miami, United States, after serving a sentence for drug trafficking crimes. He was the first drug trafficker from Honduras to be extradited to the United States and served a ten-year prison sentence.

Upon his release in August 2023, Wolf was seen enjoying his freedom on the beach with a blonde woman and holding a beer while hugging another woman presumed to be his partner.

After being extradited to Miami in 2014, Wolf pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and received a 20-year prison sentence, which was later reduced to ten and a half years through secret negotiations with the US Prosecutor’s Office. Between 2009 and 2014, he was involved in trafficking cocaine through a network of ships from Colombia and Ecuador to the United States.

As a major transporter of cocaine in international drug trafficking, Wolf controlled several fishing boats with Honduran registration to transport drugs. His cartel operated between various countries, including Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and the United States.
